What are the COA rules on the grant and liquidation of cash advances for payment of wages to Job Order workers?

The cash advance shall be sourced only from allotments for MOOE. It shall be liquidated by the accountable officer within a specified period.

Any unutilized cash advance shall be refunded and an official receipt shall be issued to acknowledge collection thereof.
