Record of Appropriations and Obligations (RAO), separate RAO shall be maintained for the following:

  1. 10% share of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK)
  2. 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund
  3. 20% Development Fund
  4. Continuing Appropriations
