You may request for Write-off of Dormant Receivable Accounts, Unliquidated Cash Advances, and Fund Transfers of National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs) and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCC) as follows:
- To the auditor assigned at your agency if the amounts involved do not exceed one hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) per accountable officer/debtor/government entity and by account.
- To the director who has jurisdiction over your agency if the amounts involved are more than one hundred thousand (P100,000.00) but not exceeding One million pesos (P1,000,000.00) per accountable officer/debtor/government entity and by account.
- For amounts exceeding P1,000,000.00 per accountable officer/debtor/government entity and by account, the request shall be forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner of the Sector.
